BREAKFAST: as you know is the most important meal of the day, and must provide a good amount of energy to start your best everyday activities. Here we include cereals, milk, jams, teas (tea, coffee, matte), bread or crackers.

SNACK: the snacks might call "tentepiés" between meals, qe help us get less hungry to them. I recommend here fruit, jelly or yogurt. You could eat cereal bars, but always maintaining sanity!

LUNCH: we must try to make it as varied and healthy as possible: you'd have to include vegetables and meat (either chicken, beef cuts or fish). You could add a fruit, if you fancy something sweet.

 SNACK: same as breakfast.

 

DINNER: similar to lunch, varying the amounts of meat and vegetables. If you want, you can add fruit.
